Basic tips

If you didn’t find what you were looking for right away, here are some basic search tips:

Keep it simple
Try to enter just one or two key words from the title of a DVD, HD-DVD, Blu-ray, CD or Game.

Key words
Try to use key words that contain more than two letters.

Choose format
Try to select the format of the product you’re searching for. You can do that in the drop down menu below the search field.

More search options
Try our advanced search. It gives you the opportunity to use a lot of different special search criteria.

The exact phrase
Try to search for an exact phrase. Simply type the phrase you want within two quotation marks. E.g. "Brokeback Mountain" and the search engine will search only for exact matches to the phrase.

Beginning with...
Try using an approximate phrase. You can use the asterisk ‘*’. Simply type in the partial phrase followed by the ‘*’ asterisk. E.g. "Broke*" will search for all phrases that begin with Broke.
