Here is a step by step guide to how to make a purchase at AxelMusic.com.

Step 1 - Login

Log in to your account

Press “Login” in the top right corner.
Log in by typing your email and then your password.
If you want to make it easy for yourself, tick the little box under login “Automatically log me in” and you will be logged on AxelMusic automatically next time you visit the site.

Don’t have an account?

If you do not have an account, don’t panic. We will help you create one very quickly.
Click on “Login” in the top right corner, then click “Create an account” in the Login sidebar (or click here ) Fill out your email in “Not a member yet?” press “ok” and we will send you an email shortly with a password.

Forgot your password?

If you can’t remember your password, don’t worry. We’ve made it very easy for you. In less than a minute you will be good to go.
Click on “Login” in the top right corner and then click on “Forgot your password?” (or click here ). Fill out your email in “Forgot your password”, press “ok” and we will send you an email shortly with your password.

Step 2 - Search

Find a DVD, HD-DVD, Blu-Ray

You can search for a specific DVD, HD-DVD, Blu-ray or TV-show in the top of the window in the menu bar.

Search results

You can see the matches for your search on the search result page or if you have a complete match you will be directed to the product page.

When you click on a title, you will also be directed to the product page of the DVD, HD-DVD or Blu-ray.

Product page

On the product page you can see all the different information on the title: Title, format (DVD, HD-DVD or Blu-ray), price, availability, details on picture and audio format, subtitles and region (for more info on regions click here), special features and the artwork or trailers that might be available.

If you click on the artwork, for instance the scan of the back cover, it will open up so you can see the backcover details.

The price shown is the price without shipping. Mouse over the weight and you can see how much it will cost to send it.

Here is a view of the different stock avalibilities we have:

Green status means we have it stock right now, so we can send it to you within 24 hours.
Yellow status means we don't have it in stock at the moment, but go ahead and order it anyway. We will usually be able to get it for you in just a few days.
If the status is red, it means the item is out of print or otherwise unavailable, so we will not be able to get the title.

Step 3 – Add to basket

Add to basket

Found a DVD, HD-DVD or Blu-ray you just have to buy? Click on “Add to basket”. You can now see the title in the “Shopping basket” (top right corner). You can see the price and how much will be added for postage.

Shop more

Want to shop more? Go ahead.
Search for the titles, add them to the basket. When you look at the basket you can see how many DVDs, HD-DVDs or Blu-rays you have added, and how much they cost in total without postage. The total postage is shown underneath.

Edit your shopping basket

To edit your shopping basket, click on “Edit” (placed in the bottom left corner of the shopping basket).

You can also choose to add a title to your wish list instead. Click on “Transfer to wish list / Add to wish list”

Once you are done editing, you can continue to checkout or continue shopping.

Step 4 - checkout

When you have added all your titles to the shopping basket, click on “Buy now” and in a few minutes you will have placed your order.

Shipping

Here you can review your order and provide all your full address. It is very important that you double check the information. If you forget the house number the package will not arrive.

Also fill in your email address so we can keep you updated on the progress of your order.

When you are done, click on the green button named “Next” in the bottom.

Payment

Double check the order and shipping information.
Choose your type of credit card (VISA, Mastercard or Eurocard).

Fill out the credit card information:
1. The card number
2. The name that is on the credit card
3. The expiry date (month/year)
4. The security digits

Make sure you have typed card number and so on correctly.

Please read our Terms and Conditions and tick the box to agree to them.

Then click "Next".

Congratulations! Your order is now complete!

You will receive an email shortly with an order confirmation.

We will send you an email when we ship your order.
