We never state if a certain title comes with a slip sleeve or not, as it is usually only the first print that contains the slip sleeve. We don’t want to promise that there will be a slip sleeve if we get the title from a second or third print and the sleeve is no longer there.

If a title comes with a slip sleeve we will always send it with the sleeve. We never remove the sleeve. So if you get a title without a sleeve it is simply because it is from the second or third print of the movie.

If you receive a slip sleeve that is not in perfect condition, we do apologize, but unfortunately we are not able to replace it. It does not qualify as a damaged item.
