Why can't I "Report Issue" on my order?
If the “Report Issue” link has disappeared from your order, it is simply because too much time has passed and we consider the order closed. All issues needs to be reported to us before 60 days have passed since we sent the item. After 60 days it is no longer possible to return the item or report an issue.
