My item is delayed - what can I do?

Please wait until 28 days have passed since the title was dispatched from us. Normal delivery time is 4-10 business days. Delays can occur, but are rare and are usually resolved within 28 days.

f the item still hasn’t arrived after 28 days, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to your AxelMusic account.

2. Go to the “Orders” tab

3. Find the line with the affected order and click on “Report Issue” report issue

4. Choose the reason for your claim, which in this case will be “I have not received my item yet

5. Please make sure all the address information is correct and tick the box: “The above address is correct

6. If you have any additional comments, please write them in “Additional notes”.

7. Click “Report Issue

8. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
