I cancelled my order, but you've charged my card?

We always draw the money instantly when you place an order, but don't worry. When you cancel the order, AxelMusic will of course refund the money to your credit card right away. It happens automatically. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the money to show up in your account again, so all you need to do is wait a few days, and your money is back in your account. Your online order status will be updated as well, once the refund has been initiated.
