If an item is reduced in weight/postage between the time you placed the order (and therefore paid for it in full) and the time it ships, we will automatically send you an email containing a voucher for the difference in freight. If an item increases in weight/postage within the same time peroid, no changes will be made to the order. Please see the "My order is now cheaper. Have I Paid too much?" FAQ for occurences where a product reduces in price.
