All orders are subject to review and acceptance by AxelMusic. As all prices are subject to change, your order may not be accepted or we may have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you after you place your order.
Order acceptance
Your order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. AxelMusic.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel an order after placing it, your payment will be refunded in the same way as the original payment was placed. If you paid this order by credit card we will refund the money to your credit card. You will receive the money in your account in 3-5 business days. If you paid using a voucher, you will receive an electronic voucher equal to the total amount prepaid. The voucher will be visible in your shopping basket the next time you log in on AxelMusic.com and does not expire.
Promotional sales, discounts and coupon codes
By finalizing the purchase, you agree to the price and any discount shown at checkout. AxelMusic.com is not responsible for discounts or coupon code entries not entered or invalid at checkout and cannot issue any refunds after the order has been completed.
Processing time
Once your order has passed review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for preparation, packaging and shipment.
Note: Your credit card will be charged immediately when ordering from AxelMusic.com.
Credit card processing can take up to four business days. If your credit card was declined at time of purchase we will continue to process your order and try to make the transaction again before shipment. If this second try is also unsuccessful you will be noticed by e-mail that your credit card was declined.
If the item on your order is in stock, we will ship it as soon as possible from one of our warehouses. If the item on your order is out of stock, it will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory.
Transit time
Items are shipped as soon as they are in stock. Orders containing of multiple items will be sent individually as they come in stock. Items are shipped from our warehouses in USA, Canada, Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom or Belgium. Local customs charges may apply outside/inside the European Union.
Normal delivery time is 4-10 business days. Delays can occur, but are rare and are usually resolved within 28 days.
Risk of loss
AxelMusic.com cannot track items or in any way handle missing items until 28 days has passed since dispatch. If you still have not received your items (which we have confirmed shipped at least 28 days ago), please email us at service@axelmusic.com and include the order numbers affected. We will then start the investigation and contact the freight carrier involved.
AxelMusic are not in any way responsible for wrong address information provided by you. It is your responsibility to make sure all the information is correct. This includes ‘C/O information’, ‘Attention’ or other relevant information.
Shipping and handling rates
AxelMusic.com charges freight based on the actual weight of any item you order. This is done in 100 grams intervals. The weight of an item does not necessarily reflect the actual item weight. The weight of a product is an estimate based on packaging materials as well as estimated item weight is round up to nearest 100 grams interval. The weight indicated in the product details on the item is the one charged upon purchase.
Items clearly indicated “Freight Free” will not be charged any additional shipping and handling expense.
Return policy
For assistance to return a defective or unwanted product please use our online "Report Issue" form (click here for more info). Items returned must be in new condition, original packaging and include all discs and be received within 60 days of the invoice date unless another agreement has been made. No returns will be accepted unless you have included the printed and filled-out return form.
Defective item
An item is defective if the disc for some reason is
unplayable. Scratched but playable discs do not qualify as a damaged item. Due
to the sturdy quality of both DVD and Blu-ray discs, minor scratches will
usually not affect the playability of the disc. Please try to play the disc
before contacting us. We take no responsibility for the appearance of a slip
sleeve. A missing or damaged slip sleeve does not qualify as a defective
item.

Typographical errors

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AxelMusic.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

AxelMusic.com does not sell, lend or share any information that you register with us. Your privacy is a top priority for us. We do not conduct data-mining, and we will never sell or give away any user information that you trust with AxelMusic.com.
