AxelMusic: crazy name really - because we sell movies.

AxelMusic started out as a music store in 1992 in downtown Copenhagen in Denmark, and slowly grew to include 14 stores and an online shop dedicated to bringing our customers the best in movies.

In February 2001 AxelMusic.com was launched from Canada. We started out as a small company with a limited warehouse, but quickly grew and now we have more than 65,000 titles in our catalogue and customers all over Europe and North America.

In April 2006 we were one of the first online stores to offer HD DVDs to our customers. The new format was very well received and the introduction of Blu-ray in June 2006 made it clear: The high definition era had begun.

In August 2007 we launched our new completely redesigned website to better accommodate our growing customer base. We now have a very easy-to-navigate website that offers all of our well known and loved features: A powerful search that's constantly improved for your benefit, easy format choice, dedicated pages for your favorite categories, very informative product pages and last but certainly not least our exceptional customer service that has given us loyal customers year after year.

In January 2008 we opened a new warehouse in USA. The new warehouse lets us stock even more titles and makes sure that new releases arrive in our customers' mail boxes even sooner. All our warehouses in USA, Canada and Europe utilize some of the newest technologies to make sure that your orders are picked, handled and packed the best possible way.
