If you have decided to cancel an order, we have made it very easy for you.

1. Log in to your AxelMusic account.
2. Go to the “Orders” tab
3. Find the relevant order line and click on “Cancel”.

4. Confirm the cancellation. You can choose to give a reason for your cancellation or make a comment to us.
Tick the box if you want to be reminded when the product is back in stock or if the product drops in price.

5. To cancel the order click on "Cancel order now". If you changed your mind about cancelling, click on "Go back".

Refund

Your payment will be refunded in the same way as the original payment was made.

If you paid this order by credit card we will refund the money to your credit card. You will receive the money in your account in 3-5 business days.

If you paid using a voucher, you will - within minutes from receiving this email - receive an electronic voucher equal to the total amount prepaid. The voucher will be visible in your shopping basket the next time you log in on AxelMusic.com and does not expire.

If there is no cancel order link on your order it is because the item has already been sent or has begun packaging in which case it can’t be cancelled anymore.
