If there is a problem with processing your credit card, you will be notified right away. A box as shown below will appear and tell you why your credit card was not accepted.

Usually a credit card processing problem will occur because you have entered a wrong card number or expiry date. Simply try to enter your credit card details again and make sure you have entered everything correctly.

If you continue to receive an error message, please copy the reference number from the message and email it to service@axelmusic.com, and we will look further into this.
