Q: Are there any changes in the way you will ship the product ?
A: No. We will not distinguish between 'VIP orders' and 'regular orders'. 'VIP orders' will use the same fast shipping as regular orders and preorders will ship as soon as stock arrives. Only difference is, you don't pay for the shipping :)

Q: What if you decide to change the postage cost ? Will my membership be affected ?
A: No. AXEL HELIUM VIP PASS™ = free shipping regardless of the cost to non-AXEL HELIUM VIP PASS™ holders.

Q: I've had the Silver (3 months) membership, but would like to receive the Platinum (full year) instead. Can't I just pay the difference ?
A: Sorry, no. The membership is non-refundable. You will have to buy a new AXEL HELIUM VIP PASS™ - Platinum to take advantage of additional months and 2% extra discount on everything in the store.
