If you have received a DVD or Blu-Ray from us that you would like to return for a refund, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to your AxelMusic account

2. Go to "Orders"

3. Find the order and click on "Report Issue"

4. Choose: "I want to return my un-opened item"

5. Print the form, fill it out and follow the instructions for returning the item

Items returned for a refund must be in new condition, original packaging, include all discs and be received within 60 days of the invoice date. No returns will be accepted unless you have included and filled out the printed form.

Once received, we will refund the item for the full amount of the product cost not including the shipping cost. The refund will be issued in the same way as initial payment was made.
