If you have received a wrong item, we do apologize. Please follow the steps below and we will find a solution for you right away.

1. Log in to your AxelMusic account

2. Go to the “Orders” tab

3. Find the line with the affected order and click on “Report Issue

4. Choose the reason for your claim, which in this case will be “I have received the wrong item

5. Enter the entire UPC/ bar code and the title of the product you received

6. Click on “Report Issue” and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution
