Defective item

If you have received a defective item from us, we have made it very easy for you to report the damages.

Simply follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to your AxelMusic account

2. Go to the “Orders” tab

3. Find the line with the affected order and click on “Report Issue

4. Choose the reason for your claim, which in this case is: “I’ve received the item defective

 

Select the issue to report

5. Choose what parts of the product are damaged

6. Please verify your shipping information and tick the box saying: “The above address is correct

7. If you have any further comments you can write them in “Additional notes

8. Click “Report Issue

9. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution

Once your claim has been received by our returns department the damage will be assessed and - if possible - resolved without any need for email correspondence or you sending anything back to us. Keep an eye on your online order status for updates on your item.

If more information or a complete return of the product is needed, we will email you all necessary information and guidelines.

The deadline for reporting an issue is 60 days. If you cannot choose "Report Issue" on an order, more than 60 days have passed since the item was sent and it is no longer possible to report any issues with your order.
