Missing or delayed items

If you have yet to receive an item from us, please make sure 28 days have passed since the order was sent. When 28 days have passed and the item is still missing, please follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your AxelMusic account

2. Go to the “Orders” tab

3. Find the line with the affected order and click on “Report Issue

4. Choose the reason for your claim, which in this case will be “I have not received my item yet

5. Please make sure all the address information is correct and tick the box: “The above address is correct

6. If you have any additional comments, please write them in “Additional notes

7. Click “Report Issue

8. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution

The deadline for reporting an issue is 60 days. If you cannot choose "Report Issue" on an order, more than 60 days have passed since the item was sent and it is no longer possible to report any issues with your order.
