Missing or delayed items
If you have yet to receive an item from us, please make sure 28 days have passed since the order was sent. When 28 days have passed and the item is still missing, please follow these instructions: 1. Log in to your AxelMusic account 2. Go to the “Orders” tab 3. Find the line with the affected order and click on “Report Issue”
4. Choose the reason for your claim, which in this case will be “I have not received my item yet”
6. If you have any additional comments, please write them in “Additional notes” 7. Click “Report Issue”
8. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution
