Items are shipped as soon as they are in stock. If you order more than one item in one check-out, none of the titles will 'hold back' the other titles. Titles will be sent as they are available. This is done to get all items to you as quickly as possible.

All items are stocked in our warehousing facilities in USA (Los Angeles, Miami and New York) and Canada (Toronto). If you live in North America, your order will ship from either of these warehouses depending on stock levels.

If you live within the European Union, your order will be shipped from North America, clear customs upon entry to the European mainland, and then re-distributed from one of our logistic facilities located in United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Holland, Germany or Denmark. If you live within the European Union, no additional customs or VAT charges will be applied to your package.
