"To Protect and Serve" takes on a whole new meaning when the Vice Academy girls are on the case. Candy and her new partner Samantha are back in an all-new wild adventure! The wicked nymphomaniac, Malathion, returns after a prison break-out and is on a wild rampage. The vice girls must stop her before she can seduce the Commissioner and destroy his wedding plans with Miss Devonshire. Malathion, with the help of her new boy-toy, wreaks havoc and sexual hi-jinks as only she knows how. Will Candy and Samantha be triumphant, or will Malathion succeed with her dastardly ploy?

What starts as a dirty computer game, becomes a hilarious series of crimes, when the Commissioner’s son, Irwin, accidentally unleashes a Virtual Reality Hooker from his computer. Vice Academy's officers Candy and Traci have to stop the spreading of sexually transmitted computer viruses, as the VR Hooker begins a full sexual assault on the city. Meanwhile, poor Miss Devonshire will do anything to save her failing marriage, even if it means comically appearing on a sleazy talk show and airing out the Commissioner’s dirty laundry!

Vice cops Cindy and Traci accidentally meet the bikini robbers who are armed with assault weapons in a bank. After the thieves escape with the loot amidst a wild shoot-out, the Commissioner and Miss Devonshire enlist Internal Affairs detective Hank Grisham to solve the case. He suspects an inside job and has Candy sent to prison, where one of the bikini robbers has planted a bomb! Will the Vice Girls be able to save the day, or will it be an explosive climax in the series finale?
