Tomboy Casey Mitchell wants more than anything to see her recently widowed father, who has immersed himself in work, happy again. So she visits an occult bookstore in search of a magic spell that will bring her mother back to life. Unfortunately, the incantation goes awry when she accidentally brings to life her Eve doll, which she's not fond of in the first place. The spell will become permanent in four days unless Casey can track down volume 2 of the occult book and reverse it. She sneaks out with Eve in tow in search of the spell which will send her back to doll world. But things don't go so smoothly, and the duo has a string of adventures that change their lives forever!
